1. Steps to Request Account & Data Deletion

BarChat executes user ID deletion requests quickly and completely. The procedure is as follows.

Step 1. Open the [CMDS] tab At the top of any standard barcode room, tap the [CMDS] tab. (see screenshot ① on the right)

Step 2. Select the ># config command The command help screen will appear (># help / config / seh / motd / branch / seal / unseal --override / exit / text, etc.). Select the ># config item. (see screenshot ② on the right)

Step 3. Click "Delete account & records" On the [SYSTEM CONFIG :: ># config] screen, find the "- Delete account & records" item inside the [REGISTRY] block and click it. (see screenshot ③ on the right)

Step 4. Password re-entry + email verification After re-entering your password and completing email verification, your personal information is incinerated immediately and completely. All barcodes you registered are erased from the registry and revert to "undiscovered" barcodes. Records of paid rooms you hosted are also fully deleted.

* This command cannot be undone. It is executed instantly with no grace period, and no personal information remains on the server.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

All of the following items are permanently and immediately deleted from BarChat servers.

- Account identifiers: Master ID, Branch ID, email, password. - Registered barcode data: every barcode you registered via [SEAL] (the barcode reverts to "undiscovered" status). - Paid-room (Paid Room) hosting records and all message records inside those rooms. - Cumulative activity metrics: IP Score, Trust rating, Branch ID activity statistics. - Payment-method identifiers stored inside the app (RevenueCat token, Google Play subscription id, etc.). - General chat messages (already auto-incinerated within 3 minutes after sending under the [Complete Incineration] principle).

3. Retained Data & Retention Period

The following item is retained only by the external payment processors due to legal obligations. It is NOT retained on BarChat servers.

- Payment / transaction records: retained by Google Play / Apple App Store / RevenueCat (payment processors external to BarChat). - Retention period: up to 5 years, in accordance with the Republic of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Framework Act on National Taxes. - Retained fields: payment timestamp, payment amount, payment-method token, product / subscription identifier. - Storage location: Google Play / Apple App Store / RevenueCat servers (NOT BarChat servers). - Apart from the above payment / transaction records, NO personal information is retained on BarChat servers or operational systems.

4. Processing Time

- When executed via the in-app [Delete account & records] command: processed instantly (0 seconds), with no grace period. - When requested manually by email: processed within 72 hours on business days.
